  • Do I need to be home?
    NO. All we need are instructions on how to enter your property, for example: watch out for the dog, close the gate, phone half an hour ahead and so on
  • What time of the day do you visit?
    Our service time runs from afternoon until about 9 pm at night. 
  • How long does your service take?
    We run a tight schedule so each visit to a normal suburban block usually takes XX minutes.  
  • If your visit is only XX minutes, why does it cost $XX?

  • Can I ask you about other garden issues/ideas when you visit?
    Yes. Please book a consultation time. Our consultants are usually booked solid and so - sadly - we are not able to consult on the spot without a prior appointment. Sorry!
